Cancellation policy – If client cancels the event with more than 28 days to the event date, a £50.00 cancellation fee will be due immediately. If client cancels event with less than 28 days to the event date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be due immediately. If client cancels event with less than 14 days to the event date, a cancellation fee of 100% will be due immediately. A percentage of the cancellation fee may be applied to a rescheduled event that takes place within one month of original contract. Late payment will be surcharged 10% of any unpaid balance, and 10% on any unpaid balance per month thereafter. If, on the day of event, contracting party decides to end early or cancel the event, there will be no refund and balance will be due.
